Colors
This collage shows how the carefully-chosen paint and textile colors in the house match the colors in nature outside its windows. Walls are all finished with a beautifully simple flat surface painted in harmonious colors. Textiles include beautiful eco-friendly cork flooring that is comfortable and warm underfoot in the main living areas, natural slate, custom concrete countertops, travertine and terra cotta tile in bathrooms, and unique and beautiful solid maple woodwork and built-ins throughout the home.


The Cliffs neighborhood information

The Cliffs is an exclusive gated community that borders Snow Canyon State Park, the Sand Hollow Wash and the Tortoise Reserve. Bike paths begin just outside the gates. Hiking paths are accessible from within the community and lead to Scout Cave, Johnson's Arch, Castle Rock and more. Neighbors are wonderful people and lovely community events are offered. A community recreation center including a beautiful pool, hot-tub, work-out room and clubhouse is a five-minute walk or 1-minute drive from #96. HOA fees are only $150/month and include full recreation center and pool access, front and back home landscaping maintenance, community landscaping and maintenance).

Views

The Great Room features 12 foot ceilings and sweeping views. It opens to the kitchen and dining areas as well as an outdoor living room area.  The fireplace surround and mantle is custom concrete that matches the kitchen countertops and echoes the lava rock outside the windows.
